JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst Disaster Recovery Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the coordination of the disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect CN’s critical business systems and information in the event of a disaster affecting IT operations. This includes a wider IT resilience planning to incorporate those elements of IT such as infrastructure and telecommunication services. The Analyst will introduce optimizations and improvements based on test results and analysis. They will develop and maintain communication between the various support teams, which support the IT Service Continuity group.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/DESIGNATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or work experience

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong Project Management skills, along with effective use of policies and procedures
  • Organizational abilities to reliably manage audits, maintenance, and lead day-to-day activities and
  • Ability to influence and implement new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
