Analyst – Energy Infrastructure - Singapore (covering SEA)

at  ACTIS MANAGER SINGAPORE PTE LIMITED

Working as a key member of the Actis Energy Infrastructure team and based in Singapore, this person
will support the team on Actis’ South East Asia investments. The candidate will be working on
screening of new investment ideas / strategies, and preliminary / final investment reviews of
prospective investment opportunities for the fund. The candidate will also meet and engage actively
with project developers, project partners, financial institutions and consultants on matters
related to the financial performance of projects and investments as well as assisting a deal leader
in all aspects of transaction origination, diligence, execution and asset management. This is a 3
year fixed term contract with potential for outstanding candidates to progress through the firm.

Working within an investment team to ensure the greatest impact on value for Actis and its’
investors.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and valuation.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis, cash flow projections and valuations.
• Highly organised and focused.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with others, including senior managers and external parties.
• Analytical and numeric thinking capability.

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates selected for interviews should meet the following criteria;

• Experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking an advantage.
