Responsibilities:
This role is under the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in the broader Frontline Performance, Client Coverage Business Development Team. The Frontline Performance Team owns and executes a portfolio of productivity and frontline capability enablement tools, oversees external client wallet benchmarking, and coordinates strategic workforce planning.
The WSP Analyst will work closely with the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in executing the commercial objectives of the CCIB business. The role will provide crucial support in executing against multiple pillars of workstream within the team including Frontline Insights, Client Wallets and Frontline Reporting.
