HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR MAGICAL EXPERIENCE?:

In your role as GHRO Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate details within our systems. You will also be reviewing audits between the systems making necessary corrections. In this position, you will primarily focused on the maintenance of our systems and supporting our Global HR Operations team, both locally in Argentina and across the LATAM region.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO BE PART OF THIS STORY:

  • Minimum of 2+ years human resources generalist experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • Experience working with Workday (required).
  • Experience working with SAP, data integration, data conversion, data corrections (is a plus).
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Ability to partner, communicate professionally, be flexible, and able to prioritize and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Proven experience in an HR Operations environment or support of an operation
  • Requires excellent planning, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative manner with remote team members in various time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding system functionality for Enterprise HR Systems (Workday, SAP, and other systems).
  • Responsible for processing Workday transactions, SAP transactions and ensure the system’s continuous updates.
  • Maintain and update data to ensure alignment of details across multiple systems.
  • Prepare reports from systems for audit purposes.
  • Perform assessments of processes, identify and escalate gaps / risks, and provide recommendations on mitigation; leveraging mass templates.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency, and improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Global HR support partners as issues arise.
  • Respond in, and utilize, case tool to document the details of employee requests or HR requests.
