Responsibilities:
- Strong candidates are motivated by what they can achieve, growth they could experience and how they will impact the company
- Provides and facilitates team support by responding to inquiries/questions from Coordinator staff.
- Escalation first responder. Reviews and resolves escalations from all touchpoints. Uses good judgement to escalate to department leadership when warranted.
- Resolves inquiries or requests sent by business partners. May be inquiries received directly or assigned by department leadership.
- Monitors the business partner chats/communications for inquiries that require support for unique or repeat situations. Proactively identifies process improvement and training opportunities.
- Works with team members to guide and/or coach on proper handling of case/contacts.
