We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Analyst, HR Information Systems to join our dynamic team.
The Analyst, HR Information Systems plays a crucial role in managing a world-class HR Information System that enables the automation of HR transactions to provide actionable human capital data to leadership and help to improve the employee experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 years of human resources information systems experience.
- Highly proficient in their knowledge of HRIS functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skilled Excel
- Skilled in HRIS software such as UKG, Workday, SAP or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze complex data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS or similar credentials
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR
Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration of the HR information system to meet business and associates needs
- Ensure the accuracy of data and maintain it in a way that is compliant with all relevant data protection regulations.
- Assist in training HR staff and associates on basic system functionality
- Manage system continuous improvement projects and
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of HR system processes, procedures, and user guides
- Ensure documentation is accessible for training and reference purposes
- Generate and manage a core set of dashboards and reports that provide information for decision-making
- Assist in generating standard and ad-hoc reports from HR systems as required
- Collaborate with HR Systems professionals to develop and improve reporting capabilities
- Assist in investigating and resolving HR system issues
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on system improvements
- Stay informed about data protection and privacy regulations to ensure HR systems comply with relevant laws
