We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Analyst, HR Information Systems to join our dynamic team.
The Analyst, HR Information Systems plays a crucial role in managing a world-class HR Information System that enables the automation of HR transactions to provide actionable human capital data to leadership and help to improve the employee experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of human resources information systems experience.
  • Highly proficient in their knowledge of HRIS functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Skilled Excel
  • Skilled in HRIS software such as UKG, Workday, SAP or similar platforms
  • Ability to analyze complex data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS or similar credentials
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration of the HR information system to meet business and associates needs
  • Ensure the accuracy of data and maintain it in a way that is compliant with all relevant data protection regulations.
  • Assist in training HR staff and associates on basic system functionality
  • Manage system continuous improvement projects and
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of HR system processes, procedures, and user guides
  • Ensure documentation is accessible for training and reference purposes
  • Generate and manage a core set of dashboards and reports that provide information for decision-making
  • Assist in generating standard and ad-hoc reports from HR systems as required
  • Collaborate with HR Systems professionals to develop and improve reporting capabilities
  • Assist in investigating and resolving HR system issues
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on system improvements
  • Stay informed about data protection and privacy regulations to ensure HR systems comply with relevant laws
