JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the HR and Business Development team in identification, hiring and onboarding of talent.
- Manage the campus recruitment cycle for hiring interns and graduates.
- Establish a network and maintain a database of potential candidates that will be crucial for the firm to grow.
- Automate / streamline existing process for scaling the business.
- Manage HR operational functions in the areas including but not limited to update and maintenance of employees’ data, benefits administration, off-boarding, work pass application etc.
- Prepare employee related reports/ surveys as required.
- Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Around 2 years of prior work experience in Talent Acquisition and/ or Human Resource is required.
- Excellent academic background in Human Resource, Finance, Accounts, Business, and / or related function.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment at a financial institution is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with initiative; an outgoing personality will be an advantage
- Ability to work as a team with interest to learn
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point. Ability to use technology to automate daily processes will be highly desirable.
