JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office and Excel in particular).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Good proficiency in English language
- Knowledge of Spanish Language – Nice to have.

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
