Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Analyst Kinetic Construction, you will utilize MS Office Suite applications to analyze data related to construction projects making recommendations based on these data sets. Most of your time will be spent planning, forecasting, utilizing predictive analytics, and scheduling construction crews based on project deadlines and customer demands. Another major component of this role will be spent utilizing systems and analyzing reports to help managers and leadership monitor KPIs and measure productivity levels. This challenging, fast-paced work environment requires attention to detail and the ability to gather and analyze data making accurate recommendations. To be effective you will need to learn the tools and applications specific to Windstream such as, EPM (QuickBase Software Solution), Job Trac, and more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Utilize keen attention to detail required to analyze data and provide recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
  • Monitor progress and provide reports on jobs post-engineering and prior to construction phases.
  • Forecast and schedule OSP strategic projects using historical data and knowledge of the business.
  • Plan and assign resources to both strategic and Business as Usual (BAU) work orders.
  • Reschedule jobs as delays occur.
  • Monitor hour consumption and develop reporting for managers to track logged hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Do You Have?

  • This is a virtual/work from home position. Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide accurate, timely, and concise updates to leadership.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain and update several data lists at the same time.
  • The ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, performing required duties and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally via email, phone calls and video conferencing and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a flexible shift with some overtime
