JOB DESCRIPTION:

DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
  • Work closely with development teams to communicate requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified functional requirements.
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to contribute insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree or equal through experience.
  • Multiple years of relevant work experience in the software engineering industry with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN.
  • Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Able to present and lead workshops with clients.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Language requirements: native in Dutch and fluent in English.
