We are seeking an experienced Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our company’s desktop systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, superb communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide onsite technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware.
  • Build, configure and troubleshoot Install “Gold” image on Customer PC and laptop applications and hardware components.
  • Fix and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, software, and hardware.
  • Support meeting room environment and video conferencing.
  • Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Support mobile devices, such as iPads, iPhones, and Android devices.
  • Thoughtful hands support for data center equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM.
  • Excellent hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting DC equipment’s, Rack and Stack of the DC equipment/cable.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper use of desktop systems and software.
  • Provide Desktop support services to end users remotely.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest desktop technologies and trends.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
