We’re looking for someone with some or more of the following attributes:

• Business Analyst/Project Management experience in the IT domain is an advantage.
• Operate in a client-facing role in time-boxed implementation projects.
• Ability to conduct a business needs analysis and identify key business challenges/pain points.
• Analyse business approval processes and associated controls to identify inefficiencies or control gaps.
• Ability to unpack client business processes and map the processes with sufficient detail in applicable software (MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Develop a project plan, manage a project plan and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently.
• Ability to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focused.
• Understanding of integration API’s and how to test API’s using Postman is a bonus.
• Exposure to or understanding of the SAP Concur product suite and functionality is a bonus.
• Work experience of between 1-2 years.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A recognized Bachelor Degree qualification, preferably in Engineering, Information Systems or related.
• Business Analyst/Project Management certification an advantage

• Proactive involvement in business process development and improvement projects within the Finance and Accounts Payable service lines.
• Mapping of client business processes in applicable software (MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analyse business approval processes and associated controls to identify inefficiencies or control gaps.
• Implementation of the SAP Concur suite of products and supporting processes.
• Documentation of to-be processes, system configuration, system controls and training guides.
• Conduct training sessions with a client on the use of the SAP Concur system.
