PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Preferable: Apprenticeship as a bank clerk, and more than 3 years career of the bank
• Acceptable: Apprenticeship in other commercial sector area, if combined with relevant work experience in a bank

Functional/Technical Skills and Knowledge requirements

• Good knowledge of software
• High level language skills in English and in Japanese, an additional German language skill is highly preferred

• Check on accuracy of documents/information for KYC reviews
• Analysis of data/ information for KYC reviews
• Performing Customer Screening
• Performing Customer Assessment
• Recording data/information for KYC reviews
• Contacting a customer and other relevant parties in order to finalise KYC review
• Performing Sanctions Due Diligence
• Due date management of KYC reviews
• Customer outreach regarding KYC issues
