QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS (ABOUT YOU):
- Minimum of three (2+) years’ experience in an analyst role
- Completion of High School
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficiency in Power Query, Power Automate, SQL and VBA are an asset
- Knowledge of pricing and sales
- Knowledge of pricing, merchandising and sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly analytical
- Independent and self-motivated
- Tech-savvy and proactive learning

Responsibilities:
ROLE:
Ensure a shared business services model for National Sales pricing, analysis and reporting.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support National Sales Pricing Supervisor and Regional Management with analysis and reporting of Pricing and Contract Compliance, ensuring a centralized pricing model for National sales across Canada
- Communicate effectively with Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents
- Support execution of National reporting requirements and Corporate pricing initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of credit and debit adjustments
- Assist with business transfers for new and existing customers
- Ensure accurate customer rebate accrual and payout
- Ensure pricing integrity is managed and maintained for all National sales customers
- Work closely with National IT to develop, test and rollout customer IT platform requests
- Calculate and communicate Consumer Price Index adjustments
- Administer National Pricing SharePoint site for data retention and extraction
- Prepare customer Business Reviews as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and departments
- Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
- Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
- Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
