POSITION SUMMARY

The Analyst - Pharmacy Non-Compliance positions requires a motivated and eager individual who is detailed oriented and can multi-task. This role will be responsible for addressing pharmacy contract non-compliance allegations that are sensitive and complex.
The Analyst will review non-compliance allegations and make outreach to pharmacies to discuss the allegations.
The Analyst must be capable of providing detailed written responses as they work and interact with various internal partners. These written responses will summarize the allegation and provide responses to plan sponsor/participant concerns with the contracted pharmacies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires 3+ years of work experience with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or with a Retail Pharmacy environment
1+ years of conflict resolution
2+ years of MS Office Applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of pharmacy operating system and claims adjudication software
Strong organization and time management skills.
Assertive, self starter who is able to make decisions independently
Certified Pharmacy Technician

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
