We’re hiring an Analyst to join our Network Planning team within our broader Meal Kit Operations organization. The Network Planning team is crucial to driving efficiency within the HelloFresh supply chain. This role will own the development and execution of the weekly outbound logistics plans for all major HelloFresh brands, optimizing the allocation of customer demand across our network of fulfillment sites and carrier partners to unlock significant cost savings, add operational efficiencies, and improve the quality of customer experience as we continue to scale our offering and increase product complexity. In order to continuously improve and evolve, we work cross-functionally with key partners across the HelloFresh supply chain organization from product to customer care.
Responsibilities include managing multiple business processes, performing regular executional activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects with ad-hoc analysis.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a strong sense of ownership, analytical & organizational abilities, and a keen interest in how accurate data, robust processes, and tools can drive better decision-making. You will…

  • Own weekly key Network processes and ensure your processes are always operating effectively and in harmony with the rhythm and requirements of the broader business
  • Be the primary subject-matter-expert for all inputs, outputs, structures, and process flows that impact or are impacted by your responsibilities
  • Build an expertise in all aspects of HelloFresh’s fulfillment, distribution, and shipping network
  • Leverage data to influence cross functional business decisions
  • Evolve business processes to capture continuous improvement opportunities and to adapt to the changing Supply Chain
  • Measure the performance of the network processes through developing, tracking and reporting on KPIs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define problem statements and drive solutions
  • Execute processes and manage tools to drive business activities

You have:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity, including responsibility for:
  • Executing or owning tools or processes required by the business to facilitate operational activities
  • Preparing and delivering reports and/or dashboards, for various audiences
  • Undergraduate degree in fields such as Business Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or other relevant area of study
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - able to gather, organize, analyze, visualize, and present data to enable decision-making
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with preference for ability to automate within spreadsheets
  • Experience with SQL in a professional or academic environment, to quickly enable the continued ownership and refinement of existing queries and scripts, and the development of new ones
  • Experience in turning analysis into action using tools such as Excel, SQL, Alteryx or Tableau preferred
  • This position’s essential functions demand the performance of the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Prolonged periods working at a desk and on a computer
  • Reading information on a computer screen and inputting data into a computer system
