YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations related roles.
  • Sound understanding of listed equities and corporate actions.
  • Direct operational experience across reconciliations, trade processing, corporate actions and settlements.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, economics, finance or related field.
  • Post-graduate qualifications, or studying towards these.
  • Strong Financial and market knowledge.
  • Highly developed and demonstrated problem solving, analytical & numeric and verbal/written communications skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing the IFM Investors Investment Funds and Mandates and the IFM Investors Management companies, as directed by the Director, Transaction Management & Support.
  • Specific accountability for reconciliations, custodial interactions, transaction processing, corporate actions processing and trade settlements across listed equity assets classes.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Transaction Management & Support team including assistance with the transition of new clients, counterparties and custodians as well as team projects.
  • Be an active member of the Global Operations team and participate in projects and other initiatives as suggested by the Director, Transaction Management & Support.
