Having grown exponentially since launch in 2022, WFS is well poised for a rapid scale-up, thus impacting the lives of even more customers and sellers. The Analyst, Operations for WFS is a critical role that leverages one’s natural curiosity and inventive problem-solving talents to go after the key issues plaguing WFS as well as setting the platform to scale seamlessly. If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges this role could be the fit you’ve been looking for. We are seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our growing Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, BI
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in interpreting and visualizing data
  • Superior written and verbal skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment is a plus.‎

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand business KPIs, relevant drivers and factors that will help reach business objectives around seller and customer experience. Ensure metric visibility and control.
  2. Engage with sellers on a regular basis to identify and understand pain points through the WFS Selling experience.
  3. Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across different assets such as FC Operations, Transportation to implement and improve processes
  4. Deep dive into data across categories to reveal trends and Guide Product Roadmap for upcoming quarters
  5. Adopt and enhance existing reporting mechanisms related to Seller/Customer Experience by working in collaboration with business intelligence and analytics teams.
  6. Drive weekly team meetings to share insights, highlight trends and weekly analysis pertaining to Customer Experience and Contacts
