What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all global activities related to procurement accounting including GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) activities, procurement accruals and general accounting activities including review and approval of reports and tasks.
  • Responsible for the complete and accurate accounting for all the General process flows for the Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Responsible for the analysis of Balance Sheet accounts assigned and timely resolution of open items.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
  • Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
  • Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.

Compliance:

  • Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
  • Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Fluent in English, other language skills desirable
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting, problem solving, process improvement, and communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
  • Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
