Overview:
As Analyst-Performance Reporting & Applications, you will support the Customer Contact Operations (CCO) organization. In this role, you will develop and maintain reports used for monitoring associate and team performance. You may also assist in the development of applications utilized by the overall reporting team. You will work with management and the end user community to develop a clear understanding of user information needs, prioritize the user requests according to business impacts and translate the user requirements into the appropriate report programs.
You will receive direction from Manager-Sales Operations or other leadership. The incumbent will exercise independent judgement and decision making related to recurring duties. You will have a role in developing and suggesting recommendations for process improvements and/or special projects in accordance with broad objectives established by those leaders.
The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. The actual offer amount will carefully consider multiple factors, such as relevant skills, qualifications, work experience, location and/or competencies that align with the specified role. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and equity awards.

Responsibilities:

Verify and maintain accurate, consistent, and timely data results. Create and maintain the accuracy of reporting from databases used to generate performance statistics. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creates new reports, in response to customer needs, utilizing SQL, or other development tools. Sources will come from a variety of TDS systems.
• Troubleshoots issues with existing contact center reporting systems/applications, provides root cause analysis, and recommends and implements enhancements to reduce frequency of ongoing errors.
• Maintains a basic level understanding of the internal TDS databases relationships.
• Maintains and occasionally expands upon current contact center reporting systems/applications. May also assist in developing new reporting applications in conjuction with leadership guidance.
• Communicates and follows up with customers to develop requirements and ensure information requests meet or exceed business needs. Works proactively to uncover and identify management reporting needs with each request.
• Demonstrates system knowledge appropriate for the business units.
• Proactively identifies ways to continuously improve reporting applications utilizing new technologies and develops strategies for design and implementation of those applications in order to effectively support the business.
• Acts as a liaison for interdepartmental meetings with reporting teams throughout TDS to help to drive consistency in reporting across business units.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
• 2+ years experience in the area of Relational Database Reporting Languages such as: SQL, PSQL, or TSQL.
• 1+ year Object Oriented Programming language such as: VBA, Python, etc.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Access.
• Experience with data visualization/manipulation tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.
• Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and learn rapidly in a new environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL and development tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn new software tools and packages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.
• Able to work both independently and cooperatively on team assignments.
