about this team
As an Analyst, Planning and Inventory Management - NSO’s & Agile Retail, you oversee inventory management and movement for a specific portfolio of stores across North America. The NSOAR team sets up the assortment and owns inventory management for new stores and agile formats including experiential stores, new stores, renovation/relocations, conversions, pop ups and other test and learn concepts. You bring an analytical product perspective into cross-functional work streams, managing inventory needs for NSOAR projects in a way that maximizes sales opportunities while keeping brand standards, capacity, and visual merchandising in mind.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years previous experience in a related field (planning, analytics, forecasting, inventory management)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, data analysis or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to design formulae that proactively validate outputs and reports
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated confidence in creating new solutions to new problems
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc)
  • This is an analytical role with lots of numbers, analytics, and systems - someone with a passion for these would thrive
  • Experience with SQL databases, MS Power Query, and a data visualization application like Power BI or Tableau is an asset
