Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst for Portfolio Monitoring to join their dynamic team
Responsibilities:
As an Analyst for Portfolio Monitoring, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial reports and analyses.
- Proactively scrutinise all available information to identify trends, gaps in performance and key risk areas.
- Assist portfolio companies in various financial and non-financial reporting and analytics.
- Perform public comparables analysis and benchmarking.
- Comprehend investment structures and its implications on reporting and valuation.
- Support/assist with the budget and forecasted estimates of portfolio companies.
- Assist and support in investor relations and fundraising activities.
- Manage fund auditors on valuation matters.
To succeed in this role, you are required to posses experience in financial modelling and financial due diligence.
