QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication, customer services and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and emerging trends from data sets
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SAP is considered an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in an AP or Accounting role preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor expense submission status on the Travel & Expense tool to achieve unsubmitted expense monthly KPI and investigate the payment status of employees’ personal expenses
  • Maintain Travel mailbox and resolve employees’ T&E-related inquiries accordingly
  • Manage US & Canada Amex corporate card programs and work closely with Amex for the status of employees’ corporate cards
  • Work with external stakeholders, including Amex, travel agency, Travel & Expense tool provider and relevant vendors for any related projects
  • Use SAP to help with reconciling employees’ expenses and investigate the payment status of employees’ corporate Amex cards and out-of-pocket expenses
  • Retrieve, clean and analyze T&E data and provide valuable business insights and recommendations
  • Perform T&E program training sessions for the new hires every month
  • Assist the team with other AP tasks
