QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication, customer services and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and emerging trends from data sets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in SAP is considered an asset
- 2+ years of experience in an AP or Accounting role preferred

Responsibilities:
- Monitor expense submission status on the Travel & Expense tool to achieve unsubmitted expense monthly KPI and investigate the payment status of employees’ personal expenses
- Maintain Travel mailbox and resolve employees’ T&E-related inquiries accordingly
- Manage US & Canada Amex corporate card programs and work closely with Amex for the status of employees’ corporate cards
- Work with external stakeholders, including Amex, travel agency, Travel & Expense tool provider and relevant vendors for any related projects
- Use SAP to help with reconciling employees’ expenses and investigate the payment status of employees’ corporate Amex cards and out-of-pocket expenses
- Retrieve, clean and analyze T&E data and provide valuable business insights and recommendations
- Perform T&E program training sessions for the new hires every month
- Assist the team with other AP tasks
