MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Under AS 39.25.110(D), CFEC is exempt from the provisions of the State Personnel Act, which includes the merit system and recruitment, and this position serves at the pleasure of the Commissioners. While no minimum qualifications have been established for this position, the following qualifications are suggested:
Four years of computer programming experience in a recognized computer language. One year of this experience must have been in a business application, scientific application, microcomputer or computer information management support specialty.

EDUCATION

If post-secondary education is required to meet the minimum qualifications, you must fill in the Education section of the application. If you have not obtained a degree, please indicate the number of units completed. Copies of transcripts are required to verify educational credentials if used to meet the minimum qualifications for a position. Transcripts can be attached at the time of application or within 48 hours of the close of this recruitment to the contact person listed below.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOREIGN EDUCATION

Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the above requirements, if applicable.   • Data engineering by learning the development of domain models and APIs; Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) pipelines; and data hub and warehouse architectures
