SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Professional degree in Engineering (e.g.: Industrial, Computer, Commercial)
• High level in programming in languages like VBA and Python
• Database skills: high level in SQL or equivalent
• Strong command of Excel and data manipulation
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Detail and quality oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team Player
• Strong Interest in Finance and Capital Markets
  The candidate will be working with a global investment bank giving support on index strategies on equities and derivatives. The support goes from structuring, developing, and maintaining index products. This is a new team and the expectations are that candidates are willing to bring the best of their abilities, knowledge, and attitude to make a successful journey for the team and the client.

• The candidate is responsible for defining and developing data quality rules and implementing automated monitoring, reporting, and remediation solutions.
• Should be able to Implement and fine-tune index and data governance guidelines, policies, processes, and controls.
• Support clients’ teams (structuring / trading / index operations) in implementing and back-testing
• strategies in Excel / VBA / Python
• Maintain strategies for equity, FX, commodities, interest rates, and F&O
• Do research suggesting and testing new index strategies, markets, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with employees within the team and across teams on aligning delivery dates and integration efforts.
• Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to quality standards and best practices.
