JOB OVERVIEW
Hubbell is seeking an experienced risk professional, possessing 4-6 years of experience administering risk, claims and insurance programs, to assist the Director of Risk Management with the implementation, administration and management of Hubbell’s global Risk Management program. We are looking for an analytical, innovative and solutions-oriented risk professional with the desire and ability to identify efficiencies and drive improvements while handling the day-to-day tasks of an active risk management function.

Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, risk management or a quantitative field.
- At least 4 to 6 years of work experience in risk management and commercial insurance (property, casualty, liability, and other lines) within a corporate risk management department, for an insurance broker, or at a property casualty insurance company.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks, meet tight deadlines, take initiative, and drive work to conclusion.
- Information technology savvy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional insurance and risk management designation a plus.
