What you will be doing

• Administer and schedule automation processes in the live environment, including running and restarting processes, maintaining virtual machines and licenses, and viewing logs.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to bots by engaging developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a contact point for business teams regarding automation-related issues, ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborate with the development team to address software-related issues and propose improvements for establishing a robust automation environment.
• Provide Automation Anywhere development support to the delivery team when required.
• Monitor deployed bots in the production environment to ensure smooth process execution and utilization.
• Analyze exceptions encountered during processes and take proactive steps to reduce them.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires some training in fields such as computer sciences, information systems, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; experience in application programming/automation is required.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of experience in process automation, preferably as an RPA Controller or Developer using Automation Anywhere.
• Ability to write simple code queries or experience in development using low-code applications (AutoHotkey, Power Automate, AutoIt, etc.).
• Basic understanding of APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of effectively explaining technical issues to both IT professionals and business teams.
• IT mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus.
