Overview:
This position is within the Imaging Division (ID) and provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The position is responsible for developing and executing software tests to identify software problems and their causes. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the Sr Manager of Development and Support in Greenwood, SC.
FUJIFILM North America Corporation consists of five divisions including Imaging, Electronic Imaging, Graphic Systems, Optical Devices, and Industrial Products and Corporate New Business Development. These companies market a broad range of consumer and commercial products in North America and Latin America. The Imaging Division (ID) provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Electronic Imaging Division (EID) markets consumer digital cameras; the Graphic Systems Division (GSD) supplies products and services to the graphic printing industry; the Optical Devices Division (OD) provides optical lenses for broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television and binoculars. The Industrial Products Division (IPD) supplies cutting edge digital imaging and conventional film, chemistry, and equipment to the NDT industry.
FNAC-ID Personalized Photo Products Group (PPPG) now makes more than 450 personalized items (such as coffee mugs, posters, framed prints, canvas wall décor and more). PPPG provides a turnkey, back-end service of producing these items for a variety of retail and online customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree, or certification, in computer science, information technology, computer programming, or a related field. A minimum of 7+ years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Software testing and Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with .Net Development tools and environments.
- Familiarity with TSQL queries, MS SQL Server.
- TCP/IP Communications
- WebSite/WebService diagnostics and testing
- Technical Writing background.
- Extensive Diagnostic and Troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and troubleshooting software for data and communication validation (Fiddler/SQL Server Management Studio, Windows event logs, Log file analysis)

Responsibilities:
- Identifies, analyzes, and documents problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
- Performs initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
- Conducts software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
- Reviews software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Responsible for documenting software defects and reports defects to the software development team.
- Develops testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
- Works closely with development team to design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
- Responsible for documenting test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
- Provides feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
- Coordinate software project and change requests with the development team.
- Coordinate software quality assurance testing utilizing development resources.
- Guide scope and development process.
- Active issue tracking and diagnostics.
