Description:
As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading moderately complex computer networks, management systems, database servers and business solutions in accordance with the organization’s needs. You analyze and help diagnose issues related to your line of work. You respond to low-complexity development and correction requests. You provide opinions in accordance with the rules of your discipline and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You develop tools, methods and processes and prepare the required documentation. Your projects and initiatives require general knowledge of your line of work. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and general knowledge of your line of business. You manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Help clients define their needs. Identify, input, analyze and interpret data and functional specifications to inform decision-making on IT solutions and the best practives developement
- Analyze risks and write reports and test cases. Prepare recommendations and provide advice on how to implement them
- Help prepare and propose action plans to develop and roll out solutions and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
- Develop and write methods, processes and execution and production files

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
