Description:
We have a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to support the Treasury Department. Reporting directly to the Manager, Risk Management, you will be primarily responsible for supporting Treasury’s ongoing goal of minimizing foreign exchange risk.
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce consolidated reports and propose hedging strategies
- Connect and improve processes with other teams related to foreign exchange exposure transactions
- Be involved in ongoing projects to improve visibility of FX exposure
- Proceed with transfers around short term intercompany, long term intercompany loans, dividends, etc.
- Analyze transactions impacting the financials from exchange rate fluctuations
- Be involved in the hedge accounting entries and documentation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor in finance and/or accounting title
- Is very familiar with Excel and macros
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to complete several projects at the same time and to prioritize
- Experience in analyzing large databases
