This position is a Hybrid role based out of our Toronto North Office

In this role, you will…

  • Support the Colliers Infrastructure team in the preparation of land valuation reports to assist with expropriation, mediation, litigation and other contentious matters that require expert support.
  • Apply superior analytical skills to efficiently conduct property inspections, populate templates with Subject Property information and complete Subject Property and comparable transaction research.
  • Draft appraisal reports and provide your input with the assistance of senior staff.
  • Promptly address client questions and feedback.
  • Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.

What you’ll bring

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • An undergraduate degree.
  • Land valuation and / or expropriation experience is an asset.
  • Urban planning experience / education is an asset.
  • AIC candidacy is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage technology to efficiently produce high quality appraisal reports.
