Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and expectations are set. i.e. timelines, impacts, communication contacts, etc.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate releases with nominated pilot users and the production fleet
  • Coordinating PVT/TVT and sign offs between resolver groups and stakeholders
  • Maintain and forecast the application lifecycle management register
  • Perform Change & Release management within the teams’ responsibilities
  • Attend and represent the team at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Attend and represent the team at Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) meetings
  • Compliance reporting and initiative to improve deployment success rates
  • Strong and Effective communication with stakeholders and resolver groups
  • Ensuring a high level of successful releases
  • Coordinate Major Incident Management/Critical fixes for the team
  • Document and maintain processes within the team
  • Create and apply ongoing continual service improvements
  • Create and maintain stakeholder contact list
  • Manages the risk of operating the service
  • Understands the end-to-end (E2E) technical service(s) including dependent components and infrastructure.
  • Serves as the point of escalation (notification) for major incidents
  • Accountable for the successful resolution of critical, high, medium, and low problems
  • Accountable for understanding the required business outcomes for the service and translating those, with input from Business Engagement into Service Improvement Plans - where relevant.
