ABOUT YOU

• You own a university degree in administration, social sciences, law or any other relevant field;
• You have a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a similar position within a professional services firm. Having prior conflict-seeking experience will be considered an asset;
• You are proficient in English and French, both orally and in writing. Bilingualism is required because the person hired will be part of the national compliance team. Therefore, the person will be asked to respond to requests from all our offices in Canada and will be required to prepare notifications in French and English;
• You are comfortable navigating various technology tools, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word);
• You have excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage priorities well and adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
• You demonstrate a high level of professionalism, rigor, discretion and autonomy. You enjoy continuous learning and development;
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with colleagues;
• You are committed to providing high-quality customer service.
