Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente;
- Expérience en support applicatif orienté métier, idéalement dans le domaine des assurances sociales;
- Maîtrise des outils de ticketing et de suivi des incidents;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement;
- Bonne compréhension des processus métier;
- Connaissance des systèmes liés au 1er pilier (AVS) et aux allocations familiales: un atout;
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français;
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand: un atout;
- Vous êtes de nationalité suisse ou titulaire d’un permis valable.
