ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your role will be to support & manage end-user IT at Plusgrade. You will work with all teams at Plusgrade to ensure they have the necessary IT tools to maintain Plusgrade’s market position as an ancillary revenue leader. You will manage the lifecycle of IT equipment and user access to tools. As a subject matter expert, you will also support & educate users on the appropriate use of technology at Plusgrade. Finally, you will provide input into the direction of IT at Plusgrade.
Joining the IT Team is a chance to be involved in the entire information technology lifecycle. You will take an active part in onboarding employees, configuring applications and integrating IT platforms. You will be exposed to every aspect of Plusgrade in order to support our mission of being an ancillary revenue powerhouse leader for the travel industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Reporting to the Director, Information Technology & Security, you will:

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, laptops, software and hardware
• Handle IT ticket requests
• IT Equipment Inventory Management
• Support macOS, Windows and common office software, such as Microsoft and Google products
• Install, configure, and support workstation software and hardware
• Install, configure and support conference room equipment
• Analyze employee needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Plan and implement software upgrades
• Troubleshoot performance issues within Plusgrade’s IT systems
