Skills/Experience Required:

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Assistant for the WFBI Operations Static, Reconciliations and Reporting team. The main function of the job is to assist in the completion of the teams’ day to day activities, including responsibility for Cash Nostro Reconciliations, Subsystem to GL reconciliation, cash balance substantiation, Static Data set up & maintenance, various internal and regulatory reporting submissions. The team member will work as part of a team to ensure core tasks are completed accurately and on time, owning and assisting with these tasks as needed. The team member will also assist the group on various projects/initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Adhere to the SSI process, ensuring set up is completed accurately and on time across the relevant systems.
  • Take ownership of the Static Data set up process across any relevant systems as required.
  • Be responsible for the completion of the Nostro reconciliation process.
  • Take ownership of investigation case set up and ultimately ensuring clearance of breaks following the investigation.
  • Be responsible for the completion of Subsystem to GL reconciliations.
  • Be responsible for the completion of the cash substantiation reporting.
  • Ensure all required internal and regulatory reporting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure the daily task list is completed and deadlines met.
  • Ensure Operational Risk is being considered for all tasks completed; any incidents are reported and addressed as required.
  • Ensure you are fully engaged on any new projects/initiatives as assigned by your manager.
  • Identify ways to improve tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, and offer ideas on trends, workflow, and presentation design.
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational tasks.
  • Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to regulations and policy.
  • Perform routing analysis, track trends, and present findings.
  • Receive direction from the manager and escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals.
  • Interact with peer, team, risk, compliance, and manager on projects, data analysis, and technology issues.
