Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Lead and deploy Analytics & Insights vision, strategy and roadmap in the EMEA region with a focus on insights, reporting, and sophisticated analytics using data to drive business decisions. You will drive insights & data driven culture across the business, championing and optimally articulating the benefits that come with embedding Analytics & Insights in everything that we do. Develop outstanding analytics & insights solutions by working with both internal and external collaborators. Improve opportunities available from data and insights using modern analytical tools and techniques whilst also providing a robust reporting suite.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop, implement and own the overall Analytics and Insights strategy for EMEA region.
- EMEA lead to ensure that all in-house analytical packages & solutions are accurately configured to provide robust metrics and insights
- Act as a business translator: present technical concepts to non-technical partners (incl. senior leaders) and focus the technical team on the right business questions.
- Identify and define analytics business cases to develop Test & Learn initiatives across the region
- Drive internal adoption of analytical solutions and business intelligence tools.
- Improve teams’ ability to self-serve data and analysis from our data sources by providing the important tools, training & guidelines to the business and collaborating with the business on its requirements.
- Support in ensuring that all marketing/commercial activities are measured and reported on in a timely manner
- Provide timely and useful analytics of data ranging from marketing to sales, supporting OAC/country discipline process and supporting data driven decision making for digital marketing plans.
- Identify and agree strategic critical metrics covering all key data sources whilst delivering innovative insights and actionable outputs; suggest new data sources where appropriate.
- Lead all stages of quantitative (e.g. surveys) and qualitative (e.g. focus groups, 1:1 interviews, etc.) consumer research studies to answer key business questions, including: research proposals, research methodology design, operational execution up to final actionable delivery.
- Align strategies, roadmap & action with Global vision
- Conduct regular virtual meetings with key stakeholders (Global teams, local markets, OAC, Regional marketing) to share learning and standard processes and elevate analytics & insights proficiencies across EMEA.
