Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analytics Process Architect to join our team, with a special focus on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) features within our technology products and business workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and documenting detailed business processes, identifying technical dependencies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires an understanding of conventional and generative AI technologies and their practical applications in FM Global business context, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Analytics Process Architect will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency by leveraging AI to enhance our products and streamline our processes, ultimately contributing to the company’s strategic goals and competitive edge.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Strong understanding of property insurance business concepts and processes
- Expert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, business processes improvement, and data analysis
- AI literate: able to understand and articulate artificial intelligence concepts, challenges, and capabilities
- Data literate: able to understand and articulate data challenges and impacts on dependent analytics
SOFT SKILLS
- Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to provide direction to others and influence decisions made
- Proven ability to negotiate with business and information technology groups
Compensation, Grade, and Job Title will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and technical skillset.
