Boeing Enterprise Data & Analytics is seeking an Analytics Transformation Senior Manager to join the team in either Mesa, AZ; Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; or Plano, TX.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our Analytics transformation initiatives. This pivotal role will shift the Enterprise Data Analytics organization to a product driven operating model and ensure all analytics product teams align with strategic business objectives and deliver business impact. The ideal candidate will be an expert program leader and change champion, driving continuous improvement and innovation in our analytics capabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 10+ years of experience in a role that required knowledge of the latest IT technology trends and the ability to assess applicability of new technology to existing business processes
  • 10+ years of experience as a proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field
  • Experience in rolling out enterprise learning programs at a global scale
  • Experience in strategy or communication
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Change Management: Lead transformative change efforts that redefine “ways of working” of our data & analytics teams, enhance our capabilities, ensuring changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits. Develop change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, defining and embedding strong program management and training programs.
  • Communication Excellence: Design and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support change initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all levels of the organization. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable intelligence.
  • Strategy and Leadership: Develop a cohesive strategy for analytics and change management, driving the organization towards its strategic goals. Motivate and guide a multi-disciplinary team to foster innovation and excellence in their fields.
  • Operating Rhythm & Performance Management: Establish an effective operating rhythm for analytics and change projects, setting and evaluating key performance indicators to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Program Management & Innovation: Establish best practices for product and program management for Data Analytics & AI initiatives. Coach and train product managers across the team to ensure conformance, process adoption and lasting change. Oversee the delivery of large and complex analytics initiatives from inception to completion, championing the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance our analytical prowess and competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Culture Building: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture. Facilitate the adoption of analytics insights and change initiatives across the organization, enhancing collaboration and buy-in.
