Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ancillary sales plan aligned with the overall sales goals and strategy;
- Establish KPI’s to ensure focus and growth activities related to ancillary sales;
- Drive execution of sales & marketing campaigns and set priorities to maximize output;
- Contribute to develop a lead culture among the Inside Sales Specialists;
- Harmonize Inside Sales Specialist’s practices across the regions;
- Provide guidance, processes, tools, training, and support to sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate the value of ancillary offerings to both the sales team and customers;
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of ancillary products and services into the overall customer experience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing campaigns;
- Monitor and analyze ancillary sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
- Collect feedback, utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, propose improvements on the offering to increase attachment rates, and optimize sales processes;
- Centralize product management /Technology teams requests and prioritize;
- International travels from time to time to different company sites.
