- Develop user interface using Android Native Dev environment
- Maintain high standards of software development and quality code delivery Ensure high performance of application and provide support
- Review code, mentor and coach
- Conduct performance tests
- Integrate and collaborate with an offshore team of developers
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery, balancing business and team priorities
- Identify capability gaps and assist the team in filling them
