The Andrologist/Endocrinologist Laboratory Technician position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in biological science
  • Excellent Patient Interaction
  • Proficiency in eIVF, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer programs a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process blood samples for analysis at ORM sites
  • Receive and process semen samples for testing
  • Receive and process semen samples for IUI treatment
  • Cryopreservation of semen samples
  • Report results in a timely manner
  • Receive and ship sperm samples
  • Follow lab protocols closely
  • Maintain safe work environment
  • Work well as part of the team
  • Communicate clearly with staff and patients
  • Encouraged to share process improvement ideas with Lead
  • Assist other team members during surgery and clinic if required
  • Perform any duties necessary to the efficient and quality operation of the department and organization as a whole.
