A senior nurse working to provide a safe, effective and co-ordinated anticoagulant service for Northumbria Healthcare in the community and acute sectors. Providing an accessible specialist anticoagulant advice service for primary and secondary care including advice on diagnosis and management of deep vein thrombosis. Developing and providing educational support for all grades of staff from a variety of professions as well as for patients and their carers
