YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will be able demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in addition to leadership qualities and previous experience in a leadership role.

• Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Critical care Nurse with proven Critical care experience
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including night duty is essential

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will suit an experienced Urodynamics nurse with management aspirations to step into a key leadership role in the Day Procedures Unit. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively and consult with VMOs to ensure the best practice and patient outcomes are achieved. In the ANUM role you will also closely monitor and assist with human and equipment resource management
