We’re currently seeking a Sr Manager, Field Service with a track record of excellent work in Australia. As a global leader in the field of Engineering, we are committed to providing exceptional solutions that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Determine and implement strategies for flawless execution of field service activities
  • Develop commercial service strategies to grow service business,
  • Achieve service sales revenue as set in the Annual Operating Plan
  • Lead and develop a large team of field service professionals to successfully compete in the market
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to drive technological innovation and support our customers’ needs
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and adhere to strict quality and safety standards to deliver world-class service
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including key account management.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing field service business including P&L
  • Track record in driving business growth and revenue targets through the implementation of service strategy and execution of tactical actions to achieve required objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • 7+ years of service business management and/or Commercial service management experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working in a global and matrix organisation with a decentralised model (preferred)
