Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Campaign Specialist to join our ANZ marketing team on a 14 month contract.
In this role, you’ll generate a qualified sales pipeline and increase brand awareness by delivering targeted marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, web, events, media, direct mail, and more.
You’ll also partner closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, customer success, solutions engineer in ANZ, marketing support teams at EMEA and US HQ in Carpinteria, CA, plus external agencies.
This role reports to our Head of Marketing, ANZ, and is based out of our Sydney office. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns and tactical programs to key target accounts and personas that generate qualified sales pipeline through the buyer journey
  • Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics and implement measures that optimize conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey
  • Manage digital media across multiple channels, including paid social, display advertising, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Execute email marketing programs, virtual events, webinars, and field events
  • Write briefs for creative production and media plans for digital media teams
  • Support the development of effective marketing content and assets, with a focus on telling our customers’ stories
  • Build tight relationships with sales, ensuring campaign enablement, creation of sales tools, and regular tracking of campaign engagement in top accounts
  • Support the creation of scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks, with the ability to customize
  • Run A/B tests and optimize specific campaign elements for better performance
