REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for people who are high-energy, highly collaborative service and/or aftermarket athlete with proven ability to join the team, lead the charge, and be the change agent in one of Carrier’s fastest growing segments. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic leadership roles with a focus on aftermarket sales and service.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful aftermarket strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong problem solving, business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated focus on process development and implementation that spans organizational boundaries.
  • Knowledge of APAC market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Competent in Enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, etc.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Experienced In HVAC industry or related sectors, business analytics, digital offerings, P&L experience in Service and Aftermarket preferred.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Strategic Leader for APAC Aftermarket, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our aftermarket business performance across all product segments in the region. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, formulating strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to activate the strategies to achieve our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an APAC Aftermarket Strategy Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement an accelerated comprehensive aftermarket strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives for the APAC region. Provide vision and define roadmap for organizational alignment and execution.
  • Lead market analysis and identify growth opportunities from a segment entitlement lens, including expansion into new markets and segments, competitive positioning, and customer needs assessment.
  • Partner with engineering, digital, strategic marketing and P&L leaders to consider both lifecycle and connected offerings globally and how to strategically convert to service offerings that address customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment in implementing aftermarket initiatives.
  • Participate in the Global Carrier level services council to drive strategic alignment and share insights across business units.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies, product portfolio optimization, growing aftermarket parts capture and service excellence.
  • Work with respective countries and Marketing team to develop and execute country specific marketing and sales plans, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish cadence, performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, analyze results, and drive accountability for achieving targets.
