DELIVERABLES

• Roll out SAP in Australia and New Zealand, followed by the agreed SAP Rollout Sequence for APAC region in October 2023 and not limited to rollout priorities change
• Set up a sustainable and functionable Global ERP rollout and support team in APAC
• Develop sustainable and robust Global BC365 solution guidelines
• Participate and support the rollout ERP; not limited to ERP solution

• Template in compliance with proven project methodology standards and approach in APAC region.
• Contribute to further optimize the existing SAP Sales Template according to global standards.
• Form the interface and ensuring consistent communication between Global IT and APAC specific rollout / support teams/ external vendors.
• Enable KS Sales Subsidiaries to benefit from global shared services provided by the SAP Sales Template.
• Support KS Sales Subsidiaries in introducing and implementing global KS Best Practices Processes considering relevant operational change management activities.
• Uncover and define gaps of the global ERP solutions in form of local legal requirements.
• Ensure SAP Sales Template Governance by performing common Solution Design workshops with the Product Owner of the SAP Sales Template.
• Participate and support the rollout ERP solution (with implementors); ensure successful implementation with respect to quality, time, and budget.
• To support users’ issues: help with troubleshooting, and review internal user training material, supports colleagues to become familiar with the ERP system.
• To support all ERP (& integration) related topics across APAC countries + China; not limited to new rollout and ongoing support.
• Participate with gathering and developing users’ requirements, translating into technical requirements for development/ configuration.
• Work closely with vendors / internal IT to deliver the ERP system.
• Coordinate and follow through with Infrastructure needs, including hardware, software and network requirements.
• Coordinate and follow through with InfoSec; ensures the ERP solutions meet the stated requirements.
• Coordinate and follow through to ensure the security and integrity of financial data in ERP systems; supports to develop data backup and recovery strategies.
• Contribute and co-develop Global BC365 solution guidelines; provide governance and controls the solution guidelines and ensure the implementer follows the guidelines closely
• Set up, guide, train the global ERP rollout and support team in APAC
