As the APAC Marketing & Digital Manager, Professional Markets in our B2B environment, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and market presence.
You will lead a team of Segment Marketing Managers and marketing professionals, overseeing all digital and marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to various industry segments.
Your expertise in digital marketing and technology utilisation will be crucial in enhancing our sales and marketing effectiveness.

About the Role:

  • Lead the strategy and development of integrated marketing and communications plans for APAC region across digital and traditional communications channels
  • Lead a team of Segment Marketing Managers and marketing professionals, overseeing all marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to various industry segments
  • Strong data driven decision making: Analyse and report on key marketing performance metrics. Identify relevant customer insights to help shape future marketing and business strategies
  • Develop a comprehensive local go-to-market plan for each local product launch Develop, plan and manage key communication activities such as PR opportunities, thought leadership and events as required
  • To help secure new incremental business via execution of new product launches, promotional products and other national initiatives
  • To develop, direct and control the organisation`s marketing/business strategies and activities to achieve revenue, sales and profit targets
  • Establish and coordinate marketing objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall corporate plan and, where appropriate, recommend standards and set targets and quotas
  • Liaise with the sales group in the preparation of reports, budgets and forecasts
  • Direct marketing activities by setting product mix
  • Control and monitor marketing methods, key customer strategies and other
  • arrangements
  • Direct and orchestrate marketing by planning or coordinating advertising campaigns and promotional activities, trade shows, product management, market analysis, research and other consulting work
  • Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, customers, industry associations and government representatives
  • Direct and manage the development of initiatives such as new products, new marketing techniques, new advertising campaigns, incentive bonus schemes and the dropping of unprofitable products
  • Appraise the activities of your team according to overall sales strategies.
  • Provide clear leadership, communication and teamwork to drive organisational capability

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in similar role leading B2B marketing team, strategies and campaigns
  • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process, how to create demand and accelerate opportunities
  • Digital agile delivery qualifications with experience working in agile environments delivering and managing e-commerce infrastructure projects
  • Experience creating customer journey maps and end to end e-commerce strategy
  • Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns be it paid/organic social media, events (both online and face to face), building brand campaigns and product launches
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and take a hands-on approach to planning and execution
  • Experience building and executing an omnichannel go to market strategy with the required martech stack infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Proficiency in analysing market data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in leveraging technology to support sales and marketing activities, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
