Description:
THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Bachelor in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of experience
- Good technical writing skills for Customer Response, Memos
- Problem-solving and ability to deal effectively with customers at all levels of the organization.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical specifications, familiarity with technical drawing sets.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese (Read and write)

Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical direction and supporting documentation to our sales force to resolve customer needs.
- Performs appropriate calculations to develop a process design that will meet customer requirements. Selects equipment that can support the process design in alignment with Pall’s preferred product positioning.
- Communicate with customers to diagnose technical solutions & ensure understanding of Pall’s value propositions in support of business development.
- Coordination of customer complaints and after sales warranty related customer enquiries for regulatory and compliance information.
- Manage customer complaints ensuring efficient coordination between customers and Pall internal functions to deliver timely responses to customer product quality complaints, enquiries & feedback.
